The Super Six model of diabetes care: Two years on

This article published in the Diabetes and Primary Care Journal provides an update on a new model, named “Super Six”, which bridges the divide between primary care clinicians and specialists, enabling primary care teams to function within an extended clinical professional domain in their community setting.

It provides new findings on the level of satisfaction with the model, and other views, expressed by healthcare professionals and people with diabetes, as well as looking ahead to possible future developments.

Really great to have all this patient safety information in one place but many of the links don't work which is somewhat frustrating (just been looking at the diabetes parts of the site)

Hi Linda, thanks for your comments. We are sorry that you came across some links that didn't work. Unfortunately the NHS Diabetes website which we linked to for a number of resources has been archived but we have now been able to link to the resources on other sites or upload them to this site. I hope you continue to find our resource centre useful.
